This 4-day immersion moves beyond mechanical bodywork, inviting you into a responsive, presence-centered practice. By blending fluid Dynamic Thai movement and the precise structural care of Osteo-Thai, you will discover how touch becomes an active form of listening—regulating the nervous system, releasing physical tension, and supporting the body's natural capacity to open.
Each session begins within your own body. Through daily movement, self-massage, mandala exploration, and meditation, you establish an internal state of quiet presence before transitioning into guided partner practice.
