Guided by Fleur-Anne and Inti, you will dive into the Inner Echo philosophy of "Conscious Touch," using the fluidity of Dynamic Thai and the precision of Osteo-Thai as core tools to release the nervous system and ease the physical body.
Over the course of 18 hours, you are invited to deepen your relationship with touch, movement, and natural rhythm. Through guided practice, we explore how touch becomes a form of listening, how rhythm stabilizes the nervous system, and how different qualities of contact allow the body to safely open.
