Registration & Payments

• Deposits: To secure your spot in any immersion or masterclass, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking (unless otherwise stated).

• Balance Payments: The remaining balance for any event is due as specified in your confirmation email, typically at the start of the event or by a specific early-bird deadline.

• Currency: All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable. Our policy is designed to be fair to both the participant and the facilitators who prepare the container for your learning:

• Full Refund: If you cancel your registration 30 days or more before the start date of the event, you will receive a full refund of any amount paid, minus any banking or transfer fees (e.g., PayPal fees, wire transfer charges).

• Late Cancellations: If you cancel less than 30 days before the event, the deposit and any payments made are non-refundable. However, you may transfer your spot to another person, provided they meet the prerequisites of the training.

• Event Cancellation: In the unlikely event that Inner Echo Touch must cancel a training, you will receive a 100% refund of all fees paid. Inner Echo Touch is not responsible for any travel or accommodation expenses incurred by the participant.

Health & Responsibility

By registering for our events, you acknowledge that Thai Massage and bodywork involve physical touch and movement.

• Participants are responsible for informing facilitators of any injuries, medical conditions, or pregnancies prior to the start of the training.

• Inner Echo Touch is not liable for any injuries sustained during or after the training. Each participant is encouraged to listen to their own body and work within their personal limits.

Data Privacy

Your privacy is sacred to us.

• Information Collection: We collect personal data (name, email, phone number) solely for the purpose of processing your registration and communicating event details.

• Use of Data: We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.

• Marketing: You will only receive marketing emails (newsletters or future event info) if you have explicitly opted in. You may unsubscribe at any time.
