Masterclass: Belly Work
This masterclass is designed for experienced bodyworkers who want to confidently and safely integrate abdominal work into their professional practice.
It focuses on the abdomen as a central functional and structural area, combining visceral sensitivity (Osteothai) with deep, fluid release techniques from Dynamic and Traditional Thai Massage.
The training provides practical tools to work with the diaphragm, psoas, and abdominal tissues in a way that is effective, respectful, and non-invasive, supporting both physical and nervous system regulation.
